Need a demonstration of there’s nothing you can’t joke about? Here’s the act for you…! Nothing is off-limits. Need dark, weird and challenging? Sean gets his audiences laughing about subjects they would never have considered funny - with the added joy that no one gets hurt in the process.

Thankfully he’s not been asked to do a set for CBeebies - but he’ll have your audience laughing, gasping and questioning their own morality. Yet another member of our stable that brings his assistance dog, Ebbs, onto the stage- if he gets too dark for you, you get to stare into her ever-forgiving eyes!

Backstory

Sean served in the RAF for 8 years before medical discharge with PTSD. Recovery has taken many forms since leaving the service including dog training and training owners to deal with what are described as problematic dogs. A keen gamer, he now runs his own https://www.youtube.com/@ShornsShenanigans channel. Sean was unfortunate enough to run into Jay Saunders on an online therapy course and was introduced to the concept of Project COMEDY.

Since joining the collective, Sean undertook all of the training offered and developed a huge raft of material. The speed at which they picked up the skills led to him being invited to become a regular on The Project COMEDY Podcast, where he not only brings great value, but enables the questions that newcomers to the comedy circuit to be asked.

Benefits of doing stand up

The opportunity to find a new creative outlet has been Sean’s biggest gain out of joining Project COMEDY. The chance to take dark thoughts and transform them into stand up routines that have audiences in fits of laughter is an incredible and much-needed confidence booster.
